This Privacy Policy describes how YourTime LLC ("YourTime", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the YourTime app and related services (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

• Account information: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
• Identity verification data: when you choose to verify, Stripe Identity collects government-issued ID images and a selfie. YourTime does not store ID images — we receive only the verification outcome.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. YourTime does not store full card numbers.
• Location data: read only when you tap to show distance on an invite, when you create a meetup, or while you are traveling to an active meetup. Never read in the background.
• Usage data: app interactions, error logs, device info, for service improvement.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate the meetup matching and escrow features.
• To verify identity through Stripe Identity (when you opt in).
• To process payments and stake escrow through Stripe.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and harm to users.
• To send transactional notifications about your meetups.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with:

• Other users — your display name, profile photo, verified status, and location distance (when applicable) are visible to potential meetup counterparties.
• Stripe — for payments and identity verification per Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — our infrastructure provider, which hosts our backend.
• Law enforcement — if required by valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and meetup data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs.

6. Your Choices

• Account deletion: contact us to delete your account.
• Identity verification: verification is voluntary unless explicitly required for a feature.
• Notifications: manage push notification permissions in iOS Settings.
• Location: manage location permission in iOS Settings.

7. Children's Privacy

YourTime is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. International Users

YourTime is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed in the U.S.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
